The new BSI Model for Well-being in the workplace | A New Maslow’s Hierarchy

Getting well-being right in the workplace is so challenging but so important when it comes to safeguarding the safety and health of workers, it also has big implications for the organisation from a financial perspective. 

This week we are joined by Kate Field of the BSI Group once again for a full breakdown of the new well-being model from BSI. The model forms a hierarchy of sorts, and takes inspiration from Maslow but focuses a lot more on the modern context of many working environments.
